</div><div><p>
The Senior Associate, FP&amp;A , provides financial analysis and data-driven insights across Procurement, Quality, Logistics &amp; Trade Compliance, and OPEX. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes while developing models that quantify cost drivers, sourcing actions, and productivity initiatives.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Builds and maintains detailed financial models across all four functions, including PPV/inflation models, COPQ calculations, savings trackers, freight/logistics simulations, and tariff impact models.</li>
<li>Supports monthly reporting by preparing financial dashboards, variance explanations, trend analyses, and performance trackers.</li>
<li>Updates and manages budgeting and forecasting templates; validates assumptions and ensures model accuracy across all functions.</li>
<li>Performs scenario modeling, cost simulations, and what‑if analyses to support functional initiatives and operational planning.</li>
<li>Collects and analyzes data to support procurement savings, quality/lab metrics, logistics cost drivers, trade/tariff impacts, and OPEX trends.</li>
<li>Prepares materials for leadership reviews, category updates, capital assessments, and cross‑functional meetings.</li>
<li>Ensures modeling consistency, documentation completeness, and adherence to enterprise financial methodologies.</li>
<li>Helps maintain and improve dashboards, reporting automation, and data quality processes across all functions.</li>
<li>Collaborates with functional teams to validate inputs, resolve data issues, and understand operational drivers of financial outcomes.</li>

</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree Accounting or Finance required</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Work Experience</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Minimum 5 years experience in the field of Finance and Controlling
</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Very good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP and BI Tools</li>
<li>Manufacturing ERP experience and cost accounting principles</li>
<li>Exceptional financial acumen including strong analytical, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting skills</li>
<li>Ability to work with complex data and to identify key problems</li>
<li>Very good analytical skills as well as communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Strong internal customer service focus and good interpersonal skills and the ability to present concepts and results in a concise manner</li>
