This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and project management skills while contributing to impactful projects.Duties<ul><li>Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deadlines</li><li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, correspondence, and records</li><li>Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up actions</li><li>Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for project teams and stakeholders</li><li>Handle correspondence via email, phone calls, and multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Support data entry tasks using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to ensure accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Oversee filing systems&mdash;both digital and physical&mdash;to organize project files efficiently</li><li>Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously</li><li>Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and maintaining office organization</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities using our accounting software as needed</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills required</li><li>Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry software</li><li>Experience with office management procedures and clerical responsibilities in a professional setting</li><li>Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette with experience multi-tasking to meet deadlines</li><li>Proven experience in administrative roles such as office assistant or personal assistant preferred</li><li>Ability to type quickly with high accuracy; keen proofreading skills for document review</li><li>Familiarity with calendar management tools to coordinate schedules seamlessly</li><li>Knowledge of construction industry is advantageous but not required</li><li>Basic accounting/bookkeeping skills using Excel or similar platforms are desirable</li></ul>Join us in this engaging role where your organizational talents will shine!
