 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and appliance repair
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting
 </li>
 <li>
 Support preventative maintenance and inspections
 </li>
 <li>
 Pitch in with special projects, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks
 </li>

 Stay alert and on-call for emergency maintenance needs
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in at least one major trade area
 </li>
 <li>
 EPA certification preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 CPO certification preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
 </li>
