Overview Hours PT 3-7:30 MTWF alt Sat 8:30 to !2 We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in office management software, and a commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor.Duties<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.</li><li>Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate records and filing documents.</li><li>Collection of Co payments, Co insurance and deductibles,</li><li>Verifying and obtaining referrals, Obtaining authorizations when necessary.</li><li>basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record management.</li><li>Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.</li><li>Provide clerical support such as typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and ensuring all materials are well-organized.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer support.</li><li>Maintain an orderly front desk area and ensure office supplies are stocked.</li><li>Collaborate with other administrative staff to enhance overall office efficiency.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.</li><li>Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.</li><li>Familiarity with office management procedures and clerical tasks.</li><li>Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience as a personal assistant or in administrative roles is beneficial.
