As a firm, we are dedicated to offering exceptional legal advice, professional counseling, and outstanding representation both in and out of court.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Represent clients in various family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, alimony, paternity, and domestic violence cases.</li><li>Provide legal advice and counseling to clients on diverse family law issues, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, property division, and child support.</li><li>Participate in negotiations, mediations, and courtroom litigation, as necessary.</li><li>Prepare and file all required legal documents and ensure compliance with Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure; Understand and apply the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and the Florida Probate Rules.</li><li>Experience in the areas of estate planning and probate a plus</li><li>Conduct research and analysis of legal problems</li><li>Represent clients in legal proceedings including drafting pleadings/motions, arguing motions, requesting/responding to discovery, and conducting trials</li><li>Manage assigned cases by planning case strategy, calendaring case management, executing and delegating tasks as-needed, and providing regular case updates to client and managing attorney</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND SUPERIOR WORK ETHIC</li><li>Solution and results oriented</li><li>J.D. from an accredited law school</li><li>Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar</li><li>A minimum of 4 years of experience in family law or litigation, with a focus on Florida law</li><li>Strong analytical, negotiation, and courtroom skills</li><li>Commitment to ethical legal practice and a high degree of professionalism</li><li>Heightened attention to detail and understanding and meeting deadlines, without compromising efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>Strong research and writing skills</li><li>Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Tampa, FL 33626 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Tampa, FL 33626: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
