In addition to a full-time wage, you can enjoy the following benefits:<ul><li>Traditional and Roth 401-K retirement plan</li><li>4% company match on 401-K</li><li>Health Insurance </li><li>Discounts on our goods sold</li><li>Paid vacation</li></ul>Responsibilities as a Paint Store Associate are as follows: <ul><li>Provide service to customers in store, over the phone, and via online methods</li><li>Ability to learn POS, flexibility to learn new systems as need be</li><li>Provide proper knowledge of all paint, stain, and sundry products to customers</li><li>Maintain inventory both in the front of house and the stock room- restocking as often as possible</li><li>Checking in shipments from vendors, maintaining proper inventory counts in our POS</li><li>Prepare the store for opening and/or closing each day- including daily and weekly cleaning tasks </li><li>Delivering paint via company vehicle to clients as needed</li></ul>Our Expectations for our Paint Store Associates:<ul><li>Be respectful to all customers and employees</li><li>Outstanding communication skills- written and verbal</li><li>Gaining expert knowledge of products is a must</li><li>Ambitious- someone who takes initiative and will always keep busy</li><li>Works well with others as part of a team</li></ul>Requirements for Paint Store Associate:<ul><li>Availability Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, Saturdays 8am-4pm. Guaranteed Sundays off</li><li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (cases of paint, 5-gallon buckets of paint, etc.)</li><li>Able to be on your feet for 8-10 hours per day</li><li>Clean Driving Record</li><li>Ability to use technology as it relates to the business (POS, email communications, Benjamin Moore color software)</li></ul>About us at Westerly Paints:Westerly Paints is a family owned and operated business since 1988.
