What you'll do:</div>
As a Senior Loan Operations Administrator you'll be responsible for completing duties involved with closing and disbursing loans for a variety of loan products offered by the Bank. You'll work closely with the business and other third parties to facilitate in the gathering of appropriate documentation and collateral information from the Borrower, verifying documents and researching information to prepare closing documents. One of your key responsibilities is to collaborate with appropriate parties to assist in the resolution of any issues or obstacles related to closing the loan such as liens, judgments, insurance, and title exceptions.<ul><li>
Responsible for supporting the Loan Operations Team Lead in processing loan requests prepared by Lending Origination Officers. Prepare loan packages for review by Documentation, Compliance and the Lending Origination Officer. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure loan submissions comply with bank policies and procedures, and that completed loan documentation is accurate and properly maintained.</li><li>
Prepare the submission of files for boarding, including disbursements of loan proceeds; ensures all fees are properly and fully collected at closing. Ensure follow up on post-closing exceptions and receipt of original signed document.</li><li>
Monitor tickler files for accounts; ensures credit inquires and UCC filings are researched to determine credit worthiness and appropriate collateral positioning are achieved.</li><li>
Work with more complex loan packages and assist in the training and development of less experienced Loan Administrators.</li></ul><div></div><div>
What you'll need:</div><ul><li>
5+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field.</li><li>
High school diploma required.</li><li>
Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.</li><li>
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.</li><li>
Knowledge of one or more loan types.</li><li>
Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client service.</li><li>
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.</li></ul><div></div><div>

What you'll do:</div>
As a Senior Director Sponsor and Strategic Partnerships you'll work closely with business development officers to convert opportunities into closed business for our Business Escrow Services and M&amp;A specialty service offerings. In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping, launching, and executing a new vertical - Sponsor Solutions - geared toward the private equity market. You'll collaborate across executive leadership, legal, finance, and operational teams to identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities.<ul><li>
Drive new business conversions in partnership with business development officers. Maintain a complete, current undestanding of all client-facing product features. Leverage internal leads to demonstrate product capabilities, deliver education, and increase adoption among external audiences. Act as the lead subject matter expert to inform and launch Sponsor Solutions as the premier solution for Private Equity M&amp;A. Coordinate and locate internal cross-sale opportunities within the bank related to futher penetration of Western Alliance's product in the M&amp;A market.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with relationship managers, technology teams, and sales colleagues. Develop and deliver sales demonstrations, contribute to marketing initiatives in partnership with senior leaders, and ensure seamless transitions for clients adopting new business technologies. Meet regularly with clients to discuss and expand existing account relationships, introducing new products and services as appropriate.</li><li>
Manage client engagement through marketing events, sponsorhsips, or business development events. Provide examplary customer service with a focus on client retention. Field client calls, troubleshoot engagement or transactional questions, and resolve issues directly with clients. Structure fee schedules and proposals for clients and maintain a client list with traction within CRM. Research and diagnose the root cause of client issues generally, to provide and inform additional products and services or solutions.</li><li>
Proactively contact existing clients to deepen their understanding of available resources and their ability to effectively use our products and transaction features. Join sales team members for sales pitches or lead sales pitches involving Business Escrow Services technology solutions. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, functional expertise, communication skills, and technical knowldge in support of successful client outcomes. Increase brand awareness and deliver thought leadership through client education events and industry conferences. May attend and exhibit at trade shows within the target marketplace.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
What you'll need:</div><ul><li>
10+ years of related experience in M&amp;A or similar field.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in related field required.</li><li>
Advanced to expert knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.</li><li>
Advanced to expert knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.</li><li>
Expert understanding of legal, financial, and oeprational aspects of dealmaking. Preferred Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal training or prior experience in private equity deal execution.</li><li>
Expert negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.</li><li>
Expert speaking and writing communication skills.</li><li>
