Job Description 
We are architecting a next-generation PMO model that moves beyond status tracking&mdash;one built to embed strategic clarity, execution rigor, and measurable outcomes across our global supply chain organization. This role sits at the core of a bold transformation, designed not simply to manage projects, but to architect the systems and mindset that drive sustainable enterprise value.
As Staff Program Manager in Digital Transformation Strategy, you&rsquo;ll lead the evolution of our PMO to enable prioritization frameworks, cross-functional orchestration, and consistent delivery excellence. Partnering with stakeholders across Global End to End Supply Chain you&rsquo;ll bring structure to complex portfolios and empower teams with the tools, visibility, and alignment needed to scale transformational outcomes. Your focus will span the full initiative lifecycle from strategy intake and prioritization, through KPI tracking and execution governance, to downstream adoption of scalable frameworks and templates. Your influence will connect strategy to results, not by enforcing process for process' sake, but by enabling momentum and accountability at every level
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead 3-4 priority programs that span across E2E Supply Chain, Digital Transformation focusing on connecting planning to execution.</li><li>
Enable outcome-based planning by embedding prioritization and intake rigor into PMO workflows and toolsets.</li><li>
Collaborate across business and technical teams to co-develop frameworks, templates, and coaching playbooks that reinforce agility and delivery mindset.</li><li>
Use Smartsheet, Confluence, and Jira to build dashboards that monitor health, risk, and delivery across portfolios.</li><li>
Champion the adoption of delivery culture not just accountability, but empowerment, clarity, and measurable progress. .</li><li>
Enable outcome-based planning by embedding prioritization and intake rigor into PMO workflows and toolsets..</li><li>
Use Smartsheet, Confluence, and Jira to build dashboards that monitor health, risk, and delivery across portfolios.</li><li>

Build and manage PMO content spaces (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence), ensuring clarity, usability, and up-to-date governance documentation.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Required:<ul><li>
5&ndash;8 years of hands-on project/program management experience, ideally in a matrixed supply chain or transformation-focused environment.</li><li>
Strong operational mindset with a proven track record of executing complex cross-functional initiatives from intake to completion.</li><li>
Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid methods with the ability to flex delivery styles based on team readiness and project needs.</li><li>
A knack for simplifying complexity bringing structure to ambiguity through process design, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.</li><li>
Confident communicator who can facilitate tough conversations, manage timelines, and ensure delivery teams stay focused and unblocked.</li><li>
Experience working with digital tools like Smartsheet, Jira to track milestones, surface risks, and report status to leadership.</li></ul>

Job Description 
We are building a next-generation PMO that redefines how strategy, execution, and governance intersect across our global supply chain. This role sits at the core of that transformation, designed not just to manage projects, but to architect the structure that drives clarity, speed, and measurable business value across complex, cross-functional programs.
As Principal Project Manager in Digital Transformation Strategy team, you will lead the evolution of our PMO with a focus on scalability, accountability, and enterprise discipline. You will shape portfolio-level governance, define normalized intake and prioritization frameworks, and enable delivery excellence through rigorous process standardization and tool integration.
This isn&rsquo;t about managing to status; it&rsquo;s about enabling transformation. You&rsquo;ll partner closely with senior leaders across Globally E2E Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, IT, and Business teams to stand up the foundational capabilities that fuel strategic growth. Your work will span the full initiative lifecycle from early-stage planning to post-deployment tracking, collaboration, and executive alignment.
 You&rsquo;ll be at the forefront of embedding a consistent delivery model that integrates intake, planning, risk transparency, execution oversight, and KPI reporting. Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Drive high-priority, cross-functional programs/projects from planning through execution spanning Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, Procurement, IT and Business Units</li><li>
Embed best practices into hybrid workstreams and supporting business-side PMs with tools, templates, and coaching</li><li>
Create Jira, Smartsheet, and integrated reporting tools to track program health, dependencies, and delivery velocity across multiple teams</li><li>

Create PM governance of models, milestone planning standards, and project dashboards that enhance visibility and execution discipline</li><li>

Qualifications 
Required:<ul><li>
10+ years of program/project management experienced in a matrixed Supply Chain organization</li><li>
Fluency in Jira for managing epics, dependencies, and sprint workflows across workstreams</li><li>
Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to turn complex initiatives into clear, visual executive storytelling</li><li>
Experience establishing or leading a PMO function from the ground up embedding structure, standards, ad scalable frameworks</li><li>
Strong understanding of how Supply Chain, IT, Analytics, and Business Functions intersect in roadmap planning and delivery</li><li>
Skilled at guiding cross-functional teams without formal authority and adapting communication styles to stakeholder needs</li><li>
Driven by clarity and enablement, with just enough structure to move fast and deliver real outcomes not weighted down by unnecessary process</li><li>
Hands on experience leading Supply Chain and Digital Transformation programs</li></ul>
