We are now hiring a Scheduler for our busy Houston location.

The Opportunity
As a Scheduler, you will:<ul><li>Communicate with our customers via phone, email, and text to coordinate their delivery needs and plan our daily manufacturing schedule.</li><li>Daily customer and department communication</li></ul><ul><li>
Work directly with the builder or homeowner to help them meet their delivery needs</li><li>
Manage the computerized and paper production scheduling system</li><li>
Interact with the operations manager and the purchasing, sales, and production teams to communicate and update production schedule and deliveries</li></ul>
Requirements: 
Qualifications and Required Skills<ul><li>Professionalism when dealing with coworkers and customers</li><li>High school degree or GED required</li><li>1 year scheduling experience in a production environment preferred</li><li>Must possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills</li><li>Detail oriented, solid organizational skills and able to multi-task</li><li>General computer skills and knowledge of office equipment (10-key, copier, phones, etc.)</li></ul>
Work Environment
Office environment with some exposure to the shop (manufacturing) floor on a daily basis
