Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
<ul><li>Individuals must possess the knowledge, as well as the following skills and abilities or be</li>
<li>able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Interprofessional Practice and Education (IPE) literature.</li>
<li>Knowledge of educational pedagogy related to interprofessional education, case based learning, team-based learning, problem-based learning, design of student centered learning experiences, and faculty needs related to implementation of evidence supported in alignment with best practices.</li>
<li>Able to design didactic, small or large group, team-based, experiential, and clinical education programming</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills to address a diverse population.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively interact with administration, faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders such as community leaders.</li>
<li>Ability to write technical and non-technical reports in clear language that can be understood by all.</li>
<li>Strong academic skills, including faculty and student development.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate in a teamwork environment with excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills to set up document formats in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and any other software program required by this position.</li>
<li>Ability to receive and respond to constructive feedback in a professional and adaptive manner.</li>

</ul>Required Qualifications
<ul><li><b>Education: </b>Terminal degree in a graduate level health profession.</li>
<li><b>Experience:
</b><ul><li>3-5 years experience in a related field.</li>
<li>Prior experience in higher education and/or an academic health center setting.</li>
