About the RoleWestern Valley Construction is looking for a dependable, hardworking Roofing Laborer to join our growing team. This position involves assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety of roofing systems. Commercial and Residential. You&rsquo;ll work outdoors, learn valuable trade skills, and have room for growth within the company.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in installing, repairing, and removing roofing materials (shingles, metal, tile, etc.)</li><li>Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment</li><li>Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized</li><li>Operate hand tools and power tools safely</li><li>Follow instructions from lead roofers and supervisors</li><li>Perform tear-offs and debris removal</li><li>Work at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions</li><li>Comply with all safety standards and PPE requirements</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Must have a valid Real ID to apply</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly</li><li>Comfortable working at heights and performing physical labor</li><li>Strong work ethic and punctuality</li><li>Basic understanding of safety practices</li><li>Ability to follow directions and work well on a team</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required)<ul><li>Roofing or construction experience</li><li>Familiarity with roofing tools and materials</li><li>Ability to take accurate measurements</li><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul>What Western Valley Construction Offers<ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Clear room for growth and advancement</li><li>Training and skill-building opportunities</li><li>Supportive team culture</li><li>Steady, year-round work</li><li>Overtime opportunities</li></ul>Pay: $25.27 - $34.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 &ndash; 50 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
