Work Schedule: Typical hours are 8-5, Monday to Friday
Purpose of Position:
The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for executing strategic marketing plans through the marketing team to achieve organizational goals, strengthen brand awareness, and ensure exceptional customer care for all Westfield brands and customers. This individual will provide strong leadership to guide the effective operations of a marketing team, driving excellence in promoting Westfield and its family of brands*.

Essential Duties:<ul><li>
Lead the execution of the strategic marketing plans from start to finish, leveraging the internal team, measuring results, and driving collaboration.</li><li>
Oversee the daily operations of the Marketing team, providing coaching and development while leveraging each team member&rsquo;s strengths.</li><li>
Collaborate with the sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business strategies and are tracked at all times.</li><li>
Maintain a strong brand presence, ensuring brand guidelines are followed across all marketing platforms.</li><li>
Work with Brand Development Strategist to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.</li><li>
Lead the team to effectively to:</li></ul><ul><li>Launch new CPG items</li><li>Maintain strong website, social media, and in-store presence</li><li>Establish Westfield as an influencer and a source of industry resources</li><li>Grow brand awareness and maintain high level of brand consistency</li><li>Oversee content creation; video, photography, social media, websites, and print</li></ul><ul><li>
Communicate marketing plans and results to leadership.</li><li>
Oversee all daily functions of Westfield brands marketing, to ensure all projects are sorted, ranked by importance, and efficiently completed in a timely manner.</li><li>
Perform all duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Build and deploy a marketing strategy, advancing the Westfield Egg Farm brand to increase sales and achieve organizational growth goals</li><li>
Develop and execute marketing initiatives with team for new consumer products</li><li>
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful brand initiatives</li><li>
Passionately serve the customer and collaboratively work to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Batchlor&rsquo;s Degree or relevant experience preferred</li><li>
1-3+ Years in Team Leadership</li><li>
1-3+ Years of Marketing Experience</li><li>
Videography and Photography experience</li><li>
Microsoft Office proficiency</li><li>
Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency</li><li>

Language and Mathematical Skills:<ul><li>
Ability to read and write in English.</li><li>
The ability to interpret documents such as standard operating procedure manuals.</li><li>

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages,</li><li>
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra through the use of Excel sheets.</li></ul>

Physical Requirements / Environmental Conditions:
The Marketing Supervisor position will include long hours of sitting and occasional light lifting. The Marketing Supervisor will need the ability to work in a busy and noisy environment while managing multiple tasks and interruptions effectively. Must be willing and able to visit farms, get dirty as needed, and serve customers.<ul><li>Family of Brands</li></ul>
