These tests help us evaluate each candidates level of experience.Available Position:We are looking for a Senior Accountant.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create/send invoices to customers as needed.</li><li>Monitor/ Manage A/R Aging</li><li>Monitor/Manage Accounts Payable</li><li>Responsible for Month End Close process.</li><li>Research and resolve expense variances/discrepancies</li><li>Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to company.</li><li>Manage all banking functions: Sending out wires, daily balancing, recording deposits, account reconciliations</li><li>Assist with processing orders in QB on orders in/out of company warehouse.</li><li>Process/Manage payroll in QB as well as company 401-k plan.</li><li>Assist with other office management items.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience / Requirements:</li><li>Solid understanding of all bookkeeping and accounting principles</li><li>Extensive knowledge using QuickBooks accounting software</li><li>Ability to perform all accounting entries in QB.</li><li>Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize</li><li>High degree of accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Good problem solving skills.</li></ul>Excellent health, vision, and dental coverage. 100% of employee premium is paid by company. 401(k) with company contribution.
