The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic marketing, team leadership, and the ability to drive both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the company&rsquo;s market presence and achieve business objectives.</li><li>Plan, execute, and monitor ATL campaigns (advertising, branding, media promotions) and BTL activities (events, trade shows, dealer meets, customer engagement).</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.</li><li>Manage brand positioning, corporate communication, and digital marketing initiatives.</li><li>Guide and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.</li><li>Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing plans with revenue objectives.</li><li>Handle budgeting, vendor management, and ROI tracking for marketing campaigns.</li><li>Build strong relationships with stakeholders, industry associations, and channel partners.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Male candidate preferred.</li><li>Postgraduate qualification in Marketing/Business Administration.</li><li>10+ years of marketing experience with a strong background in the steel industry (mandatory).</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in both strategic and operational marketing.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and a diverse team.</li><li>Proven experience in handling brand-building initiatives and market expansion strategies.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;90,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
