We are looking for a Housekeeper Team Leader to join our team.<ul><li>Cancelled Visa or Visit Visa , Immediate Joining</li><li>2-3 years of experience as housekeeping team leader </li><li>UAE Experience in 5* Hotel (or Holiday Homes) is preferred</li></ul>You are responsible for daily assigned duties as instructed by supervisors while adhering to hotel policies and procedures, and your role will include key responsibilities such as:<ul><li>Supervise and motivate the housekeeping attendant team, providing guidance and support.</li><li>Schedule and assign daily tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow.</li><li>Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and address concerns.</li><li>Train new and existing employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.</li><li>Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards.</li><li>Identify and address any deficiencies or areas for improvement.</li><li>Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility/property.</li><li>Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and in proper working order.</li><li>Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.</li><li>Inform Supervisor to place orders for supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels.</li><li>Track and manage the use of cleaning chemicals and materials.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work schedules, inventory, and inspections.</li><li>Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.</li><li>Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prioritization and time management skills.</li><li>Working quickly without compromising quality.</li><li>Clean looking, good grooming and personal hygiene is a must.</li><li>Knowledge of English language.</li><li>Should be flexible with timings or increased timings.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
