Collaborative Environment</b></h3>
<p>
Our marketing and communications team works closely together to plan, create, and execute school-wide messaging. This team member must be flexible, able to pivot as needs arise, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing multiple projects at once. Strong collaboration, clear communication, and willingness to support others are key components of success in this role.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Primary Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Design and manage print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, posters, event campaigns, social graphics, programs, and promotional collateral.</p></li>
<li><p>
Maintain consistent brand identity across all internal and external communications.</p></li>
<li><p>
Update and manage website content through Finalsite (or willingness to learn).</p></li>
<li><p>
Assist in the development of school-wide marketing initiatives, enrollment campaigns, fundraising visuals, and seasonal promotions.</p></li>
<li><p>
Create engaging visual content for social media, newsletters, and school publications.</p></li>
<li><p>
Collaborate regularly with admissions, athletics, and administration for project flow, deadlines, and message consistency.</p></li>
<li><p>
Maintain organized design archives and deliverables for long-term access and continuity.</p></li>
</ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Skills &amp; Experience</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p><b>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.</b></p></li>
<li><p>
Strong graphic design experience, including layout, composition, color theory, and branding.</p></li>
<li><p>
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines, and communicate clearly.</p></li>
<li><p>
Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.</p></li>
</ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Experience (Not Required)</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Familiarity with <b>Canva</b> for quick-turn design work.</p></li>
<li><p>
Experience using <b>Finalsite</b> (or similar CMS) for website updates.</p></li>
<li><p>
Photography and/or video editing abilities are a plus.</p></li>
<li><p>
Experience in marketing, public relations, or school communications is beneficial.</p></li></ul></div>
