Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to grow occupancy and brand awareness across multiple senior living communities.</li><li>
Lead digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, social media, email campaigns, and analytics.</li><li>
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, predictive analytics platforms) to enhance content creation, automate workflows, and improve campaign performance.</li><li>
Oversee marketing collateral, brochures, events, and community-level outreach.</li><li>
Analyze key performance metrics and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations.</li><li>
Manage relationships with internal teams, agency partners, and community leadership.</li><li>
Ensure all messaging aligns with brand standards and regulatory compliance for senior living.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What we need from you:</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master&rsquo;s a plus).</li><li>
3&ndash;5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of AI-based marketing tools and emerging technologies.</li><li>
Strong understanding of digital platforms: Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM/lead management systems.</li><li>
Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.</li><li>
A passion for serving older adults and contributing to a mission-driven organization.</li></ul>
