What we need from you:<ul><li>
Perform medication set-up and assist residents on the Medication Program with the self-</li></ul>
administration of their medications<ul><li>
Must be able to set up, record and assist with medications as ordered by physicians and/or at</li></ul>
the direction of the RN and RSD.<ul><li>
Provide medication assistance documentation per policy and state requirements including:</li></ul>
o Document medication assistance on Medication Assistance Records (MARs) immediately after assistance
o Leaves no blanks on MARs
o Document reasons for PRN medication on reverse of MARs and effectiveness of medication<ul><li>
Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community</li><li>
Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test</li><li>
Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.</li></ul>
