We're seeking a local AV &amp; Events Production Coordinator in the greater San Francisco Bay Area to join our team on a part-time, hourly basis.Do not apply if you are not local to the SF Bay Area. This role requires in-person availability for events, venue scouts, and live productions several times per month.You'll work closely with our founder and production team to support live events, hybrid livestreams, and AV productions &mdash; helping keep projects running smoothly from pre-production through execution. A big part of this role is owning venue relationships and AV logistics end-to-end.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their events or AV career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to own tasks &mdash; not just assist with them.What You'll Do<ul><li>Own and manage venue relationships &mdash; scouting, contracts, logistics coordination, and ongoing communication</li><li>Coordinate AV setups for live events and hybrid livestreams (audio, video, lighting, backline, streaming tech)</li><li>Manage AV rentals: sourcing vendors, building gear lists, arranging delivery, load-in, and strike</li><li>Prepare and maintain run-of-show documents, event timelines, and equipment lists</li><li>Assist with hybrid/livestream event prep (training provided)</li><li>Be on-site during events to support AV execution and keep things running on schedule</li><li>Handle vendor and client communication, scheduling, and follow-ups</li><li>Keep clients updated on event status and next steps</li><li>Track timelines, assets, and deliverables alongside our project manager</li><li>Maintain organized project files in Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs</li><li>Assist with estimates, contracts, and invoices</li><li>Jump in where needed with a solution-oriented mindset</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Located in the SF Bay Area and available for on-site events several times per month</li><li>Extremely detail-oriented and self-driven &mdash; you thrive on lists, systems, and follow-through</li></ul>(Seriously &mdash; if you don't love details, this won't be a good fit.)<ul><li>Experience with live events, AV setups, venue coordination, or hybrid/livestream production</li><li>Comfortable managing vendor and venue relationships professionally and proactively</li><li>Able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a mostly remote environment</li><li>Flexible schedule &mdash; events don't always happen 9&ndash;5</li><li>Familiarity with Google Workspace; experience with QuickBooks or Monday.com is a plus (we'll train the right person)</li></ul>Role Structure<ul><li>Part-time, hourly &mdash; minimum 4 hours/day on remote work days</li><li>Event days require extended hours (load-in, execution, and strike)</li><li>On-site availability is required several times per month for events and scouts</li></ul>Please do not reach out directly.
