POSITION SUMMARY
 
<ul><li>Practices medicine promoting and providing quality medical care.
</li><li>Carries out the duties a Primary Care Physician would be expected to perform in an office setting.
</li><li>Works collegially and cooperatively with the Regional Medical Director, clinical staff and medical staff.
</li><li>Actively participate in discussions regarding the resolution of problems related to quality of care, patient safety issues and patient complaints/grievances arising at the site.</li></ul>
 
**Guaranteed hourly rate (W2 or 1099 statuses available)

POSITION SUMMARY
 
The Staff Dentist, licensed in the state of New Hampshire, is responsible and accountable for providing oral health care to patients such as fillings, extractions, dentures, root canals, etc. and for supervising the dental staff and managing the dental activity with the facility. 
 
W-2 Status Estimated Compensation : $100 per hour 
1099 Status Estimated Compensation: $120 per hour

Position Summary
 
As the Dentist at our facility, you will serve as the clinical authority on all dental matters, providing high-quality oral health care and overseeing the dental department. In this dual leadership and treatment role, you will:
 
<ul><li>Provide a full range of general dentistry services-preventive, restorative, surgical, periodontal, endodontic, and prosthodontic-per facility policy
</li><li>Oversee staff in cleanings, impressions for prosthetics, oral hygiene programs, and accurate recordkeeping
</li><li>Perform and interpret radiographic examinations
</li><li>Arrange appropriate referrals for procedures not performed on-site
</li><li>Set treatment priorities and determine appropriateness of non-routine care
</li><li>Document all examinations using applicable dental classification systems (e.g., APHA)
</li><li>Maintain dental office security, including instrument, medication, and needle counts
</li><li>Submit monthly dental department activity reports
</li><li>Develop and update departmental policies and procedures
</li><li>Participate in staff development and ensure compliance with facility standards
</li></ul>

What You'll Need
 
<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
</li><li>Active unrestricted Dental license in state of practice.
</li><li>Board certified or Board-eligible in Dentistry.
</li><li>Active DEA license required.
</li><li>Active CPR certification required.
</li><li>Minimum one (1) year practicing dentistry; Correctional experience preferred
</li><li>Strong clinical, diagnostic, and procedural skills
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-demand environment while delivering compassionate care
