Weyerhaeuser Company has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant position at our Greenville Lumber Mill located in Grifton, NC. This is an onsite role, no remote or hybrid option.</p><p>
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the maintenance department and will report directly to the Maintenance Superintendent.</p><p><b>
Duties include but are not limited to:</b></p><ul><li>
Process maintenance documentation</li><li>
Generate, print, distribute, pick up and enter in SAP all PM&rsquo;s weekly</li><li>
Enter completed work orders into SAP daily</li><li>
Update and create PM&rsquo;s and job plans as needed for new equipment/modifications</li><li>
Track all past due work</li><li>
Keep Maintenance schedules and calendars</li><li>
Assist with staffing and training activities</li><li>
Report weekly and monthly metrics</li><li>
Maintain required monthly safety data for Maintenance, Elect, Utility, and Mobile teams</li><li>
Mobile equipment planning &amp; ticket entry</li><li>
Update monthly Intervention scorecard data</li><li>
Run End-of-Day report for verification</li><li>
Run ERS report from SAP daily for verification</li><li>
Maintain records for weekly Manager meetings</li><li>
Support site projects/activities</li></ul></div><div><b>
Qualifications</b><div></div><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
3 years of related work experience or<b> </b>an equivalent combination of education/work experience documented with attached resume</li><li>
Ability to work and communicate with sensitive confidential information</li><li>
Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment</li><li>
Proficient in the use of computer software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint</li><li>
Willing and able to work overtime or flex schedule when needed</li><li>

What We Offer:</b></p><p><b>
Compensation</b>: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $50,120-$75,108 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.</p><p><b>

Paid Time Off or Vacation</b>: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.</p><p><b>

Administrative Assistant - Maintenance

Description: <p>Weyerhaeuser, Greenville Lumber mill located in Grifton, NC has an opening for a saw filer with industrial experience. Competitive wage and benefits package included. All candidates must be safety conscious, self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, be experienced in working with other crafts, and have a desire to work in a market focused, team environment.<br> <br>Candidates selected for this position will bench and grind band saws, hammer and sharpen carbide saws, troubleshoot and work on filing equipment, and align sawmill equipment.</p><p><strong>Key Functions:</strong> The Saw Filer will be responsible filing room activities consisting of, but not limited to: <br>• Participate in safety meetings and activities as determined by team and mill norms and standards<br>• Benching and fitting bandsaws<br>• Sharpening, tipping and benching round saws<br>• Honing and maintaining knives<br>• Pour babbit, maintenance of guides and maintaining guide plane<br>• Complete PMs for sawmill and saw shop machinery as required<br>• Participate in reliability task teams or activities as required<br>• Help coach apprentices/operators to learn saw filing trade and help with PMs</p>Qualifications: <p><br>• High School Diploma or equivalent<br>• Mechanical background and aptitude<br>• Experienced with sawmill mechanics, saw change-outs, Bandmill alignment. Such as crossline between guides and wheels.<br>• Process two-years working experience as a band saw filer and/or two-years precision Millwright experience.<br>• Knowledge of using precise measuring equipment, i.e., micrometers and dial indicators, etc.<br>• Good communication skills<br>• Willingness to work rotating shift schedules, weekends, and holidays as necessary<br>• Have a good work record - safety and dependability<br>• Self-motivated and able to follow instructions precisely<br>• Be able to read, write and follow specific printed directions<br>• Ability to troubleshoot lumber for quality and size control<br>• Understanding of machine alignment procedures<br>• Resume detailing education and work history required for consideration<br>• Must be able to pass a computer base skilled test<br> </p><p><strong>About Wood Products:</strong><br>We've been delivering quality building products and solutions to our customers for more than 100 years.
