The Acquisitions &amp; Divestitures (A&amp;D) Senior Manager is responsible for sourcing and leading large-scale transactions within our Timberlands, Corporate Development, and Wood Products businesses. A&amp;D, together with the Portfolio Strategy &amp; Investment (PSI) team is responsible for managing Weyerhaeuser&rsquo;s industry-leading portfolio of assets, including strategy development, asset valuation, and implementation of value-accretive transactions. The team partners across Weyerhaeuser&rsquo;s Timberlands, Real Estate, Energy &amp; Natural Resources, Natural Climate Solutions, and Wood Products businesses to optimize capital and deliver the most value from every acre of our 11-million-acre portfolio.
The A&amp;D and PSI teams are strengthened by diverse perspectives from backgrounds in forestry operations, marketing, economics, corporate finance, law, investment banking, geospatial analysis, and real estate. This is a unique opportunity to join a dedicated team of industry professionals with demonstrated success in end-to-end portfolio management of a world-class timber and forest products portfolio. Over the last four years, this team led over $1.4 billion in strategic transactions, increasing cash flows and total portfolio value across multiple asset classes.
As we look to maximize the return on invested capital from the company&rsquo;s timberlands portfolio, success will require strong leadership and team-building skills, including the ability to develop and execute value-accretive transactions, lead cross-functional teams throughout the organization, and the ability to think creatively as we assess alternative revenue streams associated with the environmental benefits of sustainable forest management. You will need to effectively balance long-range strategy implementation and daily execution of business results in a fast-paced environment with high-impact priorities &mdash; all while supporting our long-term sustainability goals and strategy to ensure we can continue to thrive and make a positive impact for the next century and beyond. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Transaction Execution: Lead portfolio acquisition and divestiture transactions in all phases including deal sourcing, overseeing underwriting, designing and coordinating due diligence, supporting contract negotiations, leadership approvals and managing closing processes.</li><li>
Portfolio Optimization: Evaluate the company&rsquo;s 11-million-acre timberland portfolio to identify holdings within strategic growth markets as well as non-strategic markets with below-average risk adjusted returns by partnering with cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Strategy Implementation: Communicate the company&rsquo;s investment thesis, participate in deal sourcing strategy, support creative investment structures, and contribute to the execution of the company&rsquo;s acquisition and divestiture program to strategically optimize and upgrade the portfolio.</li><li>
Internal Relationships: Cultivate strong internal relationships to support the formation of highly effective cross functional teams with the ability to influence internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company strategy.</li><li>
External Networks: Develop and maintain key contacts and relationships within the timberland investment community including timberland owners, investment bankers, and service providers.</li><li>
Valuation Support: Maintain a deep understanding of timberland markets and industry trends to build an investment position on timberland valuation for company lands and acquisition opportunities.</li><li>
Track, summarize, and prepare regular updates on team performance, market intelligence, and transaction status to support decision-making and strategic alignment.</li></ul></div><div>
Qualifications<div></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, preferably in Forestry, Finance, Environmental Science, Business. MBA or graduate degree preferred.</li><li>
7+ years professional experience in Forestry, Natural Resource, or other real property-based management or investments.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to build and develop effective cross-functional teams, people leadership in positions of increasing responsibilities, and high level of emotional intelligence.</li><li>
Results oriented, highly organized, attention to detail, and able to efficiently manage several diverse projects simultaneously to meet competing deadlines.</li><li>

What We Offer:
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $142,650-$213,975 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 25% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

This valued and strategic role contributes to our supply chain success by collaborating daily across our Supply Chain and leading our Logistics team. The role is responsible for supporting all Weyerhaeuser Wood Products operations, with primary responsibility for locations in the Western US and Canada. Reporting directly to the Director of Supply Chain, the Logistics Director will build and maintain strong relationships with transportation suppliers, lead proactive communication, rate negotiation, and contract management. The Santiam Lumbermill facility in Lebanon, Oregon is a lumber manufacturing operation.
Weyerhaeuser has an immediate opening for a Facility Environmental Manager supporting the Santiam facility in Oregon. The person in this role will be responsible for providing full environmental support for the Santiam facility. Duties include implementing systems necessary to ensure compliance with local, state and federal environmental regulations and permit conditions, championing best practices while maintaining all environmental operating plans, permits and records. This position partners with the operations leadership teams to establish and model behavior that leads to excellent performance. This position reports to the Regional Environmental Manager.
Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>
Be accountable for compliance with environmental regulations and permit conditions on a daily basis.</li><li>
Ensure that inspections and recordkeeping are performed at required frequencies, and that environmental monitoring parameters comply with permits, plans, government regulations, or other regulatory or company requirements.</li><li>
Ensure proper and timely implementation of all environmental plans and procedures.</li><li>
Work safely, and in full compliance with the operations' safety plans, policies and practices.</li><li>

Build relationships with production leaders, managers, supervisors and associates to influence environmental best practices.</li><li>

Qualifications<div></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) from an accredited institution in an appropriate scientific or engineering field or equivalent with 5 years' experience, including 2 years' environmental experience is required.</li><li>
Strong understanding of environmental requirements and operating manufacturing permits, including air, water and solid waste requirements, storm water, spill prevention and control, hazardous materials, and chemical management.</li><li>
Experience with researching, reading, interpreting, and applying local, state, and federal environmental regulations.</li><li>
Understand compliance management systems.</li><li>
Experience with environmental compliance audit/inspection processes and ability to complete an internal/external audit/inspection.</li><li>
Project management skills which include the ability to develop and implement environmental processes.</li><li>
Proven skills in administering and managing environmental policies and regulatory requirements and providing related training.</li><li>
