Purchase/VendorKey Responsibilities1. Vendor Management<ul><li>Identify and connect with reliable product vendors across India.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure better terms and service.</li><li>Negotiate prices to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.</li><li>Continuously scout for new vendors to expand our network and product range.</li><li>Keep detailed records of all vendors, including name, address, contact number, and product/service categories.</li></ul>2. Pricing Comparisons<ul><li>Obtain pricing for a particular product from 2-3 vendors to provide the Customer Service Executive (CSE) with options.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely pricing comparisons to aid decision-making.</li></ul>3. Order Management<ul><li>Collect detailed product specifications from customers via the CSE.</li><li>Provide alternative product options to customers if the requested product is unavailable, ensuring the closest match in terms of quality, budget, and specifications.</li><li>Request mockups or samples from vendors when necessary.</li><li>Review and finalize product mockups before placing an order.</li><li>Place orders with vendors after confirming customer requirements.</li><li>Ensure the final product aligns with customer specifications.</li></ul>4. Coordination<ul><li>Communicate effectively with the CSE to ensure customer needs are fully understood.</li><li>Coordinate with the logistics team for timely pickup and delivery of products.</li><li>Follow up on deliveries to ensure smooth transitions and promptly resolve any issues.</li></ul>5. Quality Assurance<ul><li>Verify final product specifications with the CSE before printing.</li><li>Review the final product to ensure the vendor&rsquo;s product matches the promised quality.</li><li>Address any discrepancies or issues proactively and efficiently.</li></ul>6. Decision-Making and Initiative<ul><li>Provide inputs regarding product suggestions, budget considerations, and alternative solutions when needed.</li><li>Use discretion and professional judgment to make decisions that align with customer expectations and company goals.</li></ul>7.
