Talent Acquisition*Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.*Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.*Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and contribute to employer branding activities.2.
