Job Overview We are seeking a motivated ,highly organized, &amp; BILINGUAL preferred - need Chinese speaking to communicate with Overseas office - Office Clerk to join our dynamic team! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily office activities, providing exceptional administrative support and customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As an Office Clerk, you will handle a variety of clerical tasks, manage front desk responsibilities, and assist with office management duties to create an efficient and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and manage the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously.</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including document proofreading for accuracy.</li><li>Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Support bookkeeping tasks such as basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software to track expenses and invoices.</li><li>Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, filing systems, and general administrative support to ensure operational efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, filing procedures, proofreading, and time management techniques.</li><li>Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; strong office management skills are essential.</li><li>Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience can be advantageous for handling calendar management and appointment scheduling.
