Intercompany Accounting:

<li>Manage global intercompany transactions including cross-charges, service agreements, royalty fees, and cost allocations.
</li>
<li>Handle intercompany reconciliations, aging analysis, and settlements.
</li>
<li>Ensure timely invoicing and recharges per intercompany agreements.
</li>
<li>Coordinate with global entities to ensure IC balances match and eliminate mismatches during consolidation.

<li>Maintain intercompany matrices, agreements, and schedules.
</li>
</ul>Global Payroll Accounting:
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end payroll accounting processes for USA, UK, Germany, Australia, and Singapore.
</li>
<li>Reconcile payroll reports from vendors with accounting ledgers.
</li>
<li>Record payroll entries: gross wages, tax withholdings, benefits, accruals, and employer liabilities.
</li>
<li>Liaise with external payroll providers and internal HR for monthly payroll inputs and reconciliations.
</li>
<li>Ensure accurate accruals for bonuses, incentives, leave encashments, and statutory dues.
</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date on local payroll statutory compliance in each country and support audit readiness.
</li>
<li>Reviewed month-end journal entries to ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies
</li>
</ul>Transfer Pricing (TP) Compliance:
<ul>
<li>Ensure TP policies are adhered to for intercompany service arrangements, product pricing, and cost-sharing agreements.

<li>Work with the tax team on TP documentation, margin analysis, and economic benchmarking studies.
</li>
<li>Support legal entity profitability tracking and ensure intercompany markups are applied as per TP policies.
</li>
<li>Assist in intercompany agreement maintenance, invoice templates, and compliance with BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) principles.
</li>
</ul>Month-End Close &amp; Reporting:
<ul>
<li>Prepare and post journal entries, perform GL reconciliations, and ensure timely close.
</li>
<li>Analyze P&amp;L and Balance Sheet fluctuations for assigned entities and cost centers.

<li>Support external and internal audit processes, including statutory audits and SOX (if applicable).

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

<li>CA, CPA, CMA (completed or semi-qualified) highly preferred.

Value Advisory at Whatfix is a part of Solution Consulting and owns the end to end journey of value, right from articulation to realisation. The team closely works with Sales and Solution Consultants to deliver compelling business cases to our prospective clients. It is a high visibility team with a direct influence on win-rate, ARR and expansion. It is a niche consulting team having expertise in sales, marketing, finance, technology and strategy in a defined proportion. 


Key Responsibilities:

<li>Discover pain areas, use cases and data points from the prospects for a value analysis
</li>
<li>Create custom business cases with detailed value modelling
</li>
<li>Gather review and feedback from the sellers, peers to refine the business case
</li>
<li>Deliver &amp; Present business cases to the prospect, own objections and numbers
</li>
<li>Develop value models for new product, services, offerings from scratch
</li>
<li>Coach sellers, solution consultants, CSMs on the value approach as and when required
</li>
<li>Create templates and edits in the business case tool as and when required
</li>
<li>Develop collaterals to evangelize the concept of value internally as well as amongst our customers
</li>
</ul>Qualification Criteria:

<li>Top-tier B-school pedigree
</li>
<li>Should have worked in the field of Value Advisory for at least 3 years
</li>
<li>Must have worked in a customer facing role for US/EMEA region customers for a Product/SaaS company

<li>Strong excel and powerpoint skills
