Role 
We&rsquo;re looking for a Product Designer to join our Trust &amp; Risk team&mdash;someone who&rsquo;s passionate about creating thoughtful, scalable systems that protect and empower our community. In this role, you&rsquo;ll design tools, workflows, and user experiences that help identify and prevent abuse, enforce platform policies fairly, and support users throughout their safety journeys&mdash;from proactive education to responsive resolution.
You&rsquo;ll partner closely with product designers, product managers, engineers, operations, data scientists, and policy experts to build solutions that balance safety, speed, and user trust&mdash;whether you're designing an appeals experience, reviews, internal enforcement tooling, or real-time interventions during live shows.<ul><li>
Design end-to-end experiences that protect the integrity of the platform while minimizing friction for good users</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex policies and workflows into intuitive product experiences</li><li>
Create wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals that bring clarity to ambiguous trust and safety problems</li><li>
Contribute to the broader design system while advocating for accessibility and inclusive user experiences.</li><li>
Use data, research, and feedback to iterate on existing tools and identify areas for improvement</li><li>

As our next Product Designer, you should have 4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally including work on trust, safety, compliance, or integrity teams, plus:
<ul><li>Strong interaction and systems thinking&mdash;you can untangle complex flows and design for edge cases</li><li>
Strong Portfolio that demonstrates your experience.</li><li>
Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Protopie, Framer, etc.).</li><li>
Deep understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.</li><li>
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>

Role 
We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Product Designer to join our new Supply team. This is a unique zero-to-one opportunity to define and design a brand new platform that will connect wholesale suppliers and liquidators directly with Whatnot sellers. You will lead the definition and design of end to end workflows for a new platform to connect suppliers to live sellers, communicate, and transact with them.
As the foundational Product Designer for this team, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of both suppliers and sellers, translating those needs into intuitive and efficient product experiences, and driving the end-to-end design process. This role requires a blend of product thinking and product design skills.<ul><li>
Define and design the platform from zero to one: Take ownership of the entire design lifecycle for a new platform, from initial concept to launch and iteration.</li><li>
Map out user journeys and workflows: Design intuitive and efficient workflows that enable suppliers to find sellers, communicate effectively, and set up inventory deals.</li><li>
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs: Translate research insights and user requirements into compelling design solutions.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with product management and engineering: Partner with your cross-functional teammates to ensure design feasibility, implementation, and a consistent user experience.</li><li>
Establish design principles and guidelines: Contribute to the overall design system and ensure consistency across the platform.</li><li>

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).</li><li>
