<div>The Vice President of Sales and Services is a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for executing on revenue growth, market share, and customer centric strategies across Construction Industry sales and service channels. This role oversees Prime Equipment Sales, Aftermarket Sales (Parts &amp; Service), and ensures achievement of performance metrics including PINS (Prime Industry Sales), POPS (Parts Opportunity Sales), POLS (Labor Opportunity Sales) and STUs (Parts Sales to Users) in the Construction Industries Division.
Sales Management<ul><li>
Direct and align prime and aftermarket sales teams that facilitate a customer centric approach.</li><li>
Ensure sales teams and management are trained, equipped, and motivated to meet or exceed targets.</li><li>
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain our competitive advantage.</li><li>

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sales/service.</li><li>

Deep Industry Knowledge<ul><li>

Vice President of CI Sales & Services

<div>Wheeler Machinery Co. is hiring a full-time Parts Specialist for the Salt Lake City location, working night shift hours from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM. This role involves loading and unloading parts for customers and technicians, supporting PUDO and Parts Express operations, handling returns and customer pick-up/drop-off of parts and components, performing core inspections, processing warranties, and managing shipping and receiving tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Safety will be the applicant&rsquo;s top priority.</li><li>
Must be familiar with and participate in CPS/CI process.</li><li>
Must be process driven/detail oriented.</li><li>
This is an intermediate customer facing role in the parts department.</li><li>
This is not part of the warehouse trainee program</li><li>
Required to be proficient in all warehouse journeyman duties while being able to show ownership to any task assigned.</li><li>
Parts specialist duties include but not limited to:</li><li>
Core inspection</li><li>
Loading and unloading of customers and technicians</li><li>
Warranty processing</li><li>
Hose Room</li><li>
Shipping and receiving</li><li>
Credits</li><li>
Returns and customer parts/component pick-up and drop off</li><li>
As well as all other journeyman warehouse function</li><li>
Performs all other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
