This role involves safely transporting passengers to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a comfortable and reliable travel experience.If you take pride in safe driving, enjoy meeting people, and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate non-commercial and commercial vehicles to transport passengers</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service through professional communication and assistance</li><li>Follow designated routes and schedules with precision and punctuality</li><li>Assist passengers with boarding and exiting, including those with mobility challenges</li><li>Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations</li><li>Maintain a clean and well-presented shuttle bus to ensure passenger comfort</li><li>Work collaboratively with dispatchers and team members to ensure smooth operations</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Ability to pass a federally mandated DOT drug screening and background check</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record (past 5 years)</li><li>CDL Training Provided: Applicants without a CDL are welcome to apply! New hires who do not currently hold a CDL will receive company-supported training to obtain their Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement. This includes assistance with the permit process and on-the-job training to help you succeed.</li><li>Prior commercial driving experience preferred (paratransit, school bus, shuttle services, etc.), but not required</li><li>Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor</li><li>Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
