Job OverviewWe are hiring an organized, proactive, operations coordinator to keep our tree service running smoothly day to day. this role supports scheduling, customer communication, job coordination, paperwork, and internal operations so crews stay productive and jobs stay on track.ResponsibilitiesScheduling and Dispatch.- Schedule estimates and jobs using jobber- Coordinates daily crew routes and adjustments.- Confirm appointments with customers- Help Maintain a 2-3 week schedule- Client RetentionExperienceWe are asking that you have 2-5 years of experience in:- construction office- landscaping office- Dispatching-HVAC or Plumbing officeor something similar.Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourWork Location: In person
