WHISHA MISSION: Enhance and accelerate the transition of coffee from a commodity product to a specialty item.POSITION: Order Management SpecialistJOB SUMMARYThe Order Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations through administrative support, order processing, and cross-functional communication. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and comfort with daily computer-based tasks.RESPONSIBILITIES1. Manage the order management tool for timely order Processing and dispatching.2. Print daily orders for the warehouse team.3. Monitor the print log to ensure accurate and timely order releases.4. Dispatch orders and coordinate order flow based on warehouse priorities.5. Support with converting purchase orders to bills after they have been reviewed for accuracy.6. Cross-Functional Communication7. Act as the primary point of contact between warehouse, routing, and purchasing teams.8. Communicate with internal teams regarding order statuses, inventory concerns, and operationalupdates.9. Provide timely updates to ensure a seamless workflow between departments.10. System Monitoring &amp;amp; Reporting11. Track and maintain order and print logs to ensure operational accuracy.12. Identify and report discrepancies in order fulfillment and inventory records.13.
