As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence across various platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing team to craft engaging campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and build meaningful relationships with our online community.Recieve a weekly credit to the cafe on site as a perk of being on our internship team.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Assist in developing and executing creative social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform content strategy.</li><li>Manage scheduling and publishing of posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and engagement.</li><li>Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Support in managing public relations efforts by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering community relationships.</li></ul>&lt;Skills&gt;<ul><li>Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Experience with social listening tools, Hootsuite, Buffer, and other social media management applications.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.</li><li>Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing skills.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills to engage with online communities effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and digital marketing strategies for e-commerce is a plus.
