We&rsquo;re seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team part-time and help bring our story to life across social media.You&rsquo;ll be capturing the visual essence of our caf&eacute;, coffee, and customer experience through engaging photography, video content, and graphic design , primarily for Instagram and TikTok. This is an exciting opportunity to make a visible impact in a growing boutique coffee brand and to express your creative style through meaningful digital storytelling.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Capture and produce original content including photos, short-form video (Reels/TikToks), and branded graphics.</li><li>Develop and manage a consistent social media content calendar.</li><li>Edit content for various formats (feed posts, stories, reels) optimized for engagement.</li><li>Collaborate closely with ownership to align visuals with brand goals and campaigns.</li><li>Stay on top of social trends, platform best practices, and content performance insights.</li><li>Engage with our online community to reflect the tone and personality of White Box Roastery.</li><li>Weekly meetings with head of marketing.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in content creation, social media marketing, or visual storytelling (portfolio required).</li><li>Proficiency in photography/videography fundamentals, including editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, mobile video apps).</li><li>Strong aesthetic sensibility with a good eye for lighting, composition, and brand alignment.</li><li>Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok content styles and trends.</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and produce consistent, high-quality content.</li><li>Comfortable working independently and occasionally on-site in a caf&eacute; environment.</li><li>Passion for coffee culture and creative storytelling.</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Part-time: 10&ndash;20 hours/week with a flexible schedule.</li><li>Hybrid: On-site work required for shooting; editing can be done remotely.</li><li>Compensation: Hourly; rate commensurate with experience.</li><li>Perks: Free drinks during shifts, discounts, creative freedom, and the chance to build your body of work while contributing to a vibrant brand.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $9.50 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
