 The Specialist, Business Development is a professional support resource within the BD team, responsible for delivering high-quality research, analysis, and process support across core business development activities. The role plays a key part in supporting BD Managers and teams with pitches and proposals, market and client research, and the effective operation of BD processes and systems.
 
 
 The Specialist applies specialist knowledge of BD methodologies, tools, and best practices to support the execution of business development initiatives at a tactical level. Working closely with Managers, Senior Managers, and Coordinators, the role ensures that BD outputs are accurate, insightful, timely, and aligned with firm standards and priorities.
 
 
 The Specialist contributes to continuous improvement of BD processes, supports data tracking and reporting, and provides technical guidance and informal mentoring to less experienced colleagues, helping to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency across BD operations.

 The Coordinator, Marketing &amp; BD Operations, plays a key role within the M&amp;BD Operations team, which enables the wider Marketing &amp; Business Development function to operate efficiently, consistently and at scale, and deliver against its goals and strategic priorities.
 
 
 Working under the guidance of Specialists, Managers and Senior team members, the Coordinator provides high quality operational support across core M&amp;BD processes &ndash; such as matter capture, directory and awards submissions, pitching and league table reporting &ndash; helping to ensure that work is delivered smoothly, accurately, on time and in line with firm standards.
 
 
 This is an early career role focused on building practical capability across M&amp;BD operations. New team members will participate in our M&amp;BD Operations Pathway program which, along with close guidance and regular feedback, supports them to develop practical knowledge of M&amp;BD processes, systems, and ways of working while contributing meaningfully to team, function and Firm&rsquo;s objectives.
