Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform 100% in-line inspection at assigned sewing operations.</li><li>Ensure garment construction matches approved sample, tech pack, and buyer standards.</li><li>Identify and stop defects such as stitching faults, measurements issues, and fabric damage.</li><li>Check measurements during production as per tolerance limits.</li><li>Verify correct attachment of collar, cuff, rib, placket, and trims.</li><li>Prevent defective pieces from moving to the next operation.</li><li>Give immediate corrective feedback to operators and line supervisors.</li><li>Escalate repeated quality issues to QA Supervisor without delay.</li><li>Approve first piece and support proper line setting.</li><li>Maintain in-line quality reports and defect records.</li><li>Monitor defect trends and highlight problem operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality SOPs, 5S, and safety rules.</li><li>Hold or reject production if quality standards are not met.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
