This role requires strong hands-on design expertise and the ability to translate ideas and brand requirements into clear, high-quality visual output across digital and print. Experience is mandatory. Animation skills are a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and execute visual assets for digital, print, and social media</li><li>Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals across all platforms</li><li>Create layouts, graphics, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines</li><li>Collaborate with creative leads, marketing, and content teams</li><li>Prepare final artwork for production and publishing</li><li>Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without quality loss</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (professional, not academic only)</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating real, shipped work</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy</li><li>Ability to take direction and also work independently</li><li>Strong attention to detail and consistency</li></ul>Preferred / Plus Skills<ul><li>Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)</li><li>Basic understanding of video editing and animated content for social media</li><li>Experience working with brand systems and design guidelines</li><li>Arabic speaker (reading and writing) is a strong advantage</li></ul>What We Value<ul><li>Practical design skills over trends</li><li>Ability to think visually and solve problems, not just decorate</li><li>Reliability, discipline, and respect for deadlines</li></ul>Experience Level<ul><li>Experience is mandatory (junior profiles without real-world experience will not be considered)</li></ul>Employment Type<ul><li>Full Time</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
