<div><div><b>Role Overview:</b></div><div>
We are looking for a creative and versatile <i>Illustrator &amp; Motion Designer</i> to bring our brand to life. You will be responsible for the entire visual pipeline: from conceptualizing and drawing original illustrations to animating them into engaging motion graphics. The ideal candidate has a strong &quot;hand-drawn&quot; or digital illustration sensibility and the technical skills to make those visuals move fluidly.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Create high-quality digital <i>illustrations, icons, and characters</i> that align with our brand identity.</li><li>
Develop initial <i>sketches and storyboards</i> to communicate motion concepts and narratives.</li><li><i>
Animate illustrations </i>for various platforms, including social media, web UI, explainer videos, and ads.</li><li>
Prepare and organize layered design files (AI/PSD) for seamless <i>animation workflows</i>.</li><li>
Work closely with the marketing/creative team to iterate on feedback and meet project deadlines.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
A strong portfolio showcasing both static illustration work and professional motion design samples.</li><li>
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: <i>Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator &amp; Photoshop.</i></li><li>
A deep understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and the 12 Principles of Animation.</li><li>
Technical Savvy: Experience with Lottie/JSON (for web animation) or 3D tools (Cinema 4D/Blender) is a major plus.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred Qualities:</b></div><ul><li>
Ability to adapt to different visual styles from minimalist/flat to detailed/textured.</li><li>
Strong storytelling skills&mdash;you know how to use motion to explain complex ideas.</li><li>
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.</li></ul></div><div></div>
