White Pine Senior Living is seeking a CNA/Caregiver for our Inver Grove Heights II location.

Caregiver responsibilities may include:
<ul><li>Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.</li><li>
Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.</li><li>
Document services performed.</li><li>
Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.</li><li>
Assist residents with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, incontinence management, transferring assistance and medication administration.</li><li>
Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.</li><li>
Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.</li><li>
Perform additional tasks as needed.</li></ul>
 Qualifications:
<ul><li>No experience necessary. Paid training will be provided.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalency required.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.</li><li>
Ability to read, write, speak &amp; understand the English language.</li></ul>
