ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</b></p></div><div><ul><li>
Maintain grounds through mowing, trimming &amp; weeding</li><li>
Clean up trash around buildings, parking lots &amp; storage areas</li><li>
Maintenance of sprinkler, irrigation systems and storm water ditches</li><li>
Preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions</li><li>
Maintaining waste streams outside, which includes pallets, drums &amp; excursions</li><li>
Maintain surplus material for recycling</li><li>
Assist in bailing and shipping cardboard</li><li>
Handle and store hazardous waste in respects to EHS standards</li><li>
Operate forklift and load trailers</li><li>
All other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b>
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
</b></p></div><p></p><div><p><b> Minimum Degree Required</b>: High School Diploma or equivalent</p><p>
 <b>Experience</b>: No experience required &ndash; will provide training</p><ul><li>
At least 18 years of age</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:</b></p></div><div><ul><li>
Moderate lifting, 21-59 lbs.</li><li>
Moderate carrying, 21 &ndash; 59 lbs.</li><li>
Use of fingers</li><li>
Prioritization cleanliness and safety</li><li>
Ability to push, reach over shoulder, stand, walk, bend, and kneel</li><li>
Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work at particular heights</li><li>
Hearing (aid permitted)</li><li>
Ability to perform repetitive motions</li><li>
Knowledge of occupational and safety hazards</li><li>
Communication skills</li><li>
