Perform regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy.</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Proven work experience as a Material Management Technician or similar role</li><li>
Proficiency in inventory management software</li><li>

Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager is a player-coach responsible for building and executing the hospital&rsquo;s integrated marketing strategy while directly supervising the Marketing &amp; Communications Coordinator. This leader will combine high-level planning (annual plans, budgets, channel strategy, vendor selection) with day-to-day execution (campaign builds, content editing, event support, and analytics), ensuring efforts are HIPAA-compliant, data-driven, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities: 
Leadership &amp; People Management:<ul><li>
Directly manage the Marketing &amp; Communications Coordinator: set goals, provide coaching, review work, and develop skills.</li><li>
Build lightweight processes and standards (briefs, calendars, templates).</li></ul>
Strategy &amp; Planning:<ul><li>
Own annual and quarterly marketing plans for service lines and community programs.</li><li>
Develop and present budget proposals, forecasts, and ROI models.</li><li>
Establish brand governance and content guidelines.</li></ul>
Hands-On Execution:<ul><li>
Partner with Coordinator to create and publish content across web, social, and email.</li><li>
Lead community outreach programs and health fairs.</li><li>
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.</li></ul>
Data, CRM &amp; Measurement:<ul><li>
Define KPIs and dashboards for patient acquisition and engagement.</li><li>
Run A/B tests and optimize funnels.</li></ul>
Compliance &amp; Reputation:<ul><li>
Ensure HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.</li><li>
Support reputation management and crisis communications.</li></ul>

Requirements:

 Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.</li><li>
3-5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in healthcare.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in leading small teams and hands-on execution.</li><li>
Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, email, social, SEO/SEM, analytics).</li><li>
Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.</li></ul>
Preferred Skills:<ul><li>

Experience proving ROI for campaigns.</li><li>
