We are a fast-growing real estate startup committed to elevating the property buying and selling experience.Our culture is built on teamwork, respect, diversity, and a positive, supportive environment.Role OverviewAs a Property Consultant, you will guide clients through their property journey&mdash;from initialconsultation to final closing.You will work across both off-plan and secondary markets, delivering expert advice, professional service, and market-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Source, qualify, and build strong relationships with new clients</li><li>Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties</li><li>Conduct property viewings and offer up-to-date market insights</li><li>Present off-plan projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities</li><li>Manage secondary market transactions, including offers and transfers</li><li>Negotiate deals to achieve successful closings</li><li>Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates</li><li>Stay informed on current market trends and competitor offerings</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>50% to 70% commission structure &ndash; high earning potential</li><li>Supportive, friendly, and multicultural team environment</li><li>Clear career growth opportunities</li><li>Full training on off-plan and secondary sales</li><li>Strong marketing support with high-quality leads</li><li>Working Hours: Monday&ndash;Friday, 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM</li><li>Tools to support your work, including GenieMap and Property Finder</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate experience preferred)</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Confident, motivated, and target-driven personality</li><li>Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)</li><li>Ability to commute or relocate to Dubai</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED60,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Preferred)</li></ul>
