This position serves as an outsourced marketing director for multiple clients&mdash;developing strategy, managing deliverables, and driving performance across digital channels. What You&rsquo;ll Do 
<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.</li><li>Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to each client&rsquo;s goals and market position.</li><li>Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class marketing outcomes.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and web metrics to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Consult and collaborate with clients on opportunities for growth through new or expanded services.</li><li>Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to keep clients&mdash;and our agency&mdash;at the forefront.</li><li>Present digital strategies and results to clients, ensuring they understand the ROI and long-term value of our work.</li></ul></div><div> 
What You Bring 
<ul><li>5+ years of account management experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, website development, local SEO, online reviews, and social media strategy.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, and email marketing systems.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings or company events.</li></ul></div><div> 
Preferred Experience

Strategic Account Manager - Digital Marketing

<div>Senior Marketing Analytics &amp; Attribution Lead (Contract)-Immediate Hire 
About the Company 
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on lead generation for small and mid-sized businesses across healthcare, home services, and professional services. Paid Media, SEO/Local, and Web are our core disciplines, supported by a robust analytics and attribution foundation. 
The Role 
We are seeking a senior analytics leader to own our conversion tracking and attribution ecosystem and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI.

This is a long-term contractor role combining hands-on technical ownership with strategic analysis and collaboration across Paid Media, SEO, and Web teams. 
Key Responsibilities

Measurement &amp; Attribution Ownership (approx. 60%)
<ul><li>Own and maintain the end-to-end tracking stack, including GTM (web and server-side), GA4, CallRail, and major ad platforms.</li><li>Implement, QA, and troubleshoot conversion tracking, attribution, and integrations across websites, CRMs, and ad platforms.</li><li>Resolve data discrepancies and attribution gaps related to consent, cross-domain tracking, duplicate events, and platform mismatches.</li><li>Establish tracking standards, governance, documentation, and ongoing QA processes.</li></ul> 
Strategic Analysis &amp; Insight (approx. 40%)
<ul><li>Analyze conversion and attribution data to identify performance trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.</li><li>Translate insights into concrete recommendations for Paid Media and SEO teams (bidding, targeting, landing pages, budget allocation).</li><li>Build executive-level dashboards and reporting that explain what is driving ROI and where to invest next.</li><li>Support client-facing reviews with clear, outcome-oriented insights.</li></ul> 
Required Experience
<ul><li>Expert-level Google Tag Manager and advanced GA4 implementation experience.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of CallRail and ad platform conversion tracking (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft).</li><li>Experience integrating marketing data with CRMs and lead intake systems.</li><li>Comfort with JavaScript, basic SQL, and browser debugging tools.</li><li>Ability to clearly document and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul> 
Preferred Experience
<ul><li>Server-side GTM and Consent Mode v2.</li><li>Agency experience managing multiple clients.</li><li>Background in Paid Media or SEO.</li><li>Experience with Looker Studio, BigQuery, and marketing automation tools.</li></ul> 
Success in the First 90 Days
<ul><li>Tracking audits and remediation completed for top clients.</li><li>Standardized event and UTM frameworks in place.</li><li>GA4 and ad platform discrepancies reduced to an explainable range.</li><li>At least three data-driven optimizations implemented across Paid Media or SEO.</li><li>One client-facing dashboard clearly tying leads to qualified outcomes and ROI.</li></ul> 
Logistics
<ul><li>Remote within the U.S.; core ET/CT availability required.</li><li>Long-term contractor role.</li><li>Reports to the Paid Media Manager; collaborates closely with SEO/Local and Web teams.</li></ul>
