The candidate should be efficient in classroom management, lesson planning, and committed to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Teach English to middle school students as per the CBSE curriculum.</li><li>Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and learning materials.</li><li>Demonstrate strong classroom and behavioural management skills.</li><li>Integrate 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, and resilience into daily teaching practices.</li><li>Conduct periodic assessments, maintain student records, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.</li><li>Support students in developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.</li><li>Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes acceptance, participation, and student well-being.</li><li>Exhibit effective time management, communication, and mentoring skills.</li><li>Demonstrate social and emotional intelligence while interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of students.</li><li>Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and continuous professional development programs.</li></ul>Educational Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in English (B.A. English) from a recognized university.</li><li>B.Ed.
