Job Title: Social Media Manager Company: White Fire Diamonds Location: T. Nagar, Chennai Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:30 PMJob Description:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Female Social Media Manager to handle our jewellery brand&rsquo;s online presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eye for design, and experience managing social media content. She will be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling posts, coordinating with the photography team, and supporting the back-office marketing tasks.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily posting on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)</li><li>Plan and create engaging content related to jewellery collections, offers, and brand updates</li><li>Coordinate with photographers, designers, and sales teams for content requirements</li><li>Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas</li><li>Respond to comments, queries, and messages promptly</li><li>Maintain content calendars, reports, and social media analytics</li><li>Assist in handling back-office tasks such as data entry, content documentation, and campaign reports</li><li>Ensure brand consistency in all online activities</li><li>Support digital marketing activities like reels, stories, email content, and basic ad support</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Any degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Fashion, or related field</li><li>Experience in social media management (preferably in the jewellery or fashion industry)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and short-video content trends</li><li>Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut preferred)</li><li>Excellent communication and writing skills. Priority to Tamil and English.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines</li><li>Good understanding of jewellery terminology (added advantage)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social media management: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
