You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human capital management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.---Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issuesManage the recruitment and selection processSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capitalOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceMaintain pay plan and benefits programAssess training needs to apply and monitor training programsEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizationReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsManage HR staff and support their development and performance---Requirements and Skills:Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR ExecutivePeople-oriented and results-drivenDemonstrable experience with Human Resources metricsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesDegree in Human Resources or related fieldHow to Apply:Submit your resume with latest photograph to: hr@whitemagicfashions.inJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
