The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.</li><li>Process accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and financial regulations.</li><li>Conduct monthly and year-end closing procedures.</li><li>Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.</li><li>Support internal and external audits.</li><li>Assist with budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>Perform other accounting duties as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting , CPA/CMA/CA is more preferrable.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in this role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software</li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Paid time off (PTO) and holidays.</li><li>Professional Development</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
