Design Direction &amp; Vision:<ul><li>Shape the design language and experience standards across mobile, web, and large-scale citizen platforms. Large public-facing citizen platforms</li><li>Elevate the Whiteshield visual identity across all products and touchpoints.</li><li>Explore and use AI tools to ideate, accelerate, and improve design workflows.</li></ul> 
User Experience &amp; Insight:<ul><li>Run research and design sprints to understand diverse user groups: citizens, students, jobseekers, policymakers, businesses, and more.</li><li>Translate policy and data into intuitive, human-centered journeys.</li><li>Make complex services feel simple, accessible, and culturally relevant across regions.</li></ul> 
Digital Product Execution:<ul><li>User Experience &amp; Insight:</li><li>Run research and design sprints to understand diverse user groups: citizens, students, jobseekers, policymakers, businesses, and more.</li><li>Translate policy and data into intuitive, human-centered journeys.</li><li>Make complex services feel simple, accessible, and culturally relevant across regions.</li></ul>

Requirements
We care more about taste, judgment, and curiosity<ul><li>A portfolio showing clean UI, smart UX, and thoughtful problem-solving.</li><li>Experience designing both mobile apps and large-scale platforms.</li><li>Ability to think in systems &mdash; patterns, components, responsive layouts.</li><li>Comfort exploring and learning AI tools to speed up and elevate your work.</li><li>Strong communication skills, especially when working with non-design teams.</li><li>Experience guiding or mentoring other designers.</li><li>English fluency; more languages are a bonus.</li></ul>
