Responsibilities:&middot; Manage &amp; grow the company&rsquo;s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) &amp; YouTube.&middot; Create engaging, on-brand content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos, etc.) in collaboration with the design &amp; marketing teams.&middot; Plan &amp; schedule content calendars in line with campaigns, launches &amp; events.&middot; Develop &amp; execute social media strategies to build brand awareness &amp; engagement.&middot; Monitor social media trends, tools, applications &amp; channels to stay updated with current trends &amp; practices.&middot; Track, analyze &amp; report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) to optimize strategy.&middot; Manage paid social media campaigns &amp; budgets, ensuring strong ROI.&middot; Respond promptly to comments, messages &amp; reviews to maintain community engagement.&middot; Support influencer collaborations, brand partnerships &amp; promotional activities.Requirements:&middot; Degree/ Diploma in Digital Marketing or Communications.&middot; Knowledge of YouTube SEO, social media analytics, advertising &amp; algorithm behavior.&middot; Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite or similar.&middot; Creative mindset with ability to multitask, manage deadlines &amp; work collaboratively.&middot; Freshers with skills to manage social media platforms can also apply, Experience is not needed.Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Premier, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital marketing fundamentals.</li><li>Skills to run advertisements on social media handles of facebook &amp; Instagram.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>When can you join for the post if selected?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
