We're looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team and help us grow our online presence, engage our audience, and build our brand across platforms.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), etc.)Create engaging content &mdash; graphics, captions, reels, stories, videos &mdash; aligned with the brand tonePlan and schedule content calendars using social media toolsMonitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.)Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and toolsEngage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build communityRun paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Boosts, etc.) if requiredCollaborate with design and marketing teams for campaign executionHandle brand reputation management and feedback tracking via social channelsKey Requirements:1&ndash;3 years of proven experience in managing professional social media accountsStrong understanding of major social platforms and digital trendsProficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing toolsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Creative mindset with attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple accounts/projectsBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferredMust Have:Experience running paid social media adsKnowledge of basic SEO and content strategyExposure to analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights dashboardsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (&#8377;25,000&ndash;&#8377;35,000 per month) depending upon the skills and profile of the candidateA creative and collaborative work environmentLearning opportunities in digital strategy and brand buildingFlexible and performance-oriented cultureCareer growth in a fast-evolving digital companyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
