 You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with other creatives to deliver best-in-class design that supports our marketing, wholesale, and brand needs. This includes concepting and producing assets across print, digital, social, packaging, signage, point-of-sale, and experiential activations.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Think idea-first while always mapping back to the business objective or overarching project goal
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate cross-functionally to brainstorm creative concepts and executions
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate the WHOOP brand into visually compelling design across retail, campaign, and digital channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Create best-in-class visual executions that balance design decisions with business needs, ensuring all creative is not only beautifully crafted, but delivers on its goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage production-ready files for print, retail, and digital, ensuring color, type, and layout fidelity
 </li>
 <li>
 Design premium in-store experiences and POS materials that elevate the brand and drive conversion
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate an understanding of responsive design and UX best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and design presentations, decks, and other internal brand materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply basic photo retouching skills where needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize files meticulously and maintain rigorous attention to detail
 </li>

 Contribute positively to the growth and culture of the creative team

 Act as a brand guardian, ensuring design consistency while identifying opportunities for new considerations and brand evolution

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years experience in advertising/design experience within an agency or in-house creative department
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced knowledge and working experience of the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Added bonus if you work with Premiere and AfterEffects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be comfortable using the Google Suite, Figma, Box, and task managers like Monday.com
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to set up files for print and liaise with our in-house teams and printers
 </li>
 <li>
 A portfolio of work that demonstrates original creative thinking and design craft
 </li>
 <li>
 A high level of creativity and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with AI tools and their ability to expedite innovation &ndash; and enhance efficiency. Willingness to embrace and experiment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and take initiative
 </li>
 <li>
 A keen personal interest in the fitness and performance space is also desirable but not compulsory

 The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $45,000 - $80,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
 
 
 
 
 In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package..
 
 
 
 
 These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate&rsquo;s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role&rsquo;s requirements.

 We&rsquo;re looking for a talented leader to help open WHOOP Labs Doha, our first international product research facility. The Doha lab will partner with the WHOOP Labs Boston team to conduct mixed-methods research to support physiology, user experience, and consumer studies. To serve the company&rsquo;s diverse testing and validation needs, WHOOP Labs completes tens of thousands of data collections a year and creates best in class experience for our participants. WHOOP Labs Doha will set the bar for product innovation research in the GCC, setting strategy for participant experience and contributing to advancing WHOOP technology.
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for someone with a proven track record collaborating internationally and leading a cross-functional team, who is excited to work with our members and isn&rsquo;t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get sweaty. This position is in-person in Doha, Qatar with potential travel to Boston, MA 1-2 times per year.

 Responsibilities

 Own the development and execution of the WHOOP Labs Doha opening strategy, including team hiring, participant compensation structure, and setting operating hours

 Champion research integrity, including ensuring that data collection tools and team practices align with local regulations for ethical human subjects research

 Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of program initiatives and track progress towards goals

 Ensure clear communication between the Boston and Doha labs, developing ways of working that support multi-facility research execution

 Represent Doha culture and unique participant experience factors in broader strategic conversations with the rest of the WHOOP human subjects research team

 Build the WHOOP Labs Doha brand and represent WHOOP in the GCC region

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in a field related to human subjects research such as psychology, neuroscience, exercise physiology, or consumer science
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of full-time professional experience in a related area
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of success leading a diversely skilled team
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working on a distributed international team preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of local culture and ability to thoughtfully communicate localization considerations for research at WHOOP Labs Doha
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of best practices regarding human subjects research, including how to obtain IRB approval for new research projects; research ethics, data privacy, and consent
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of successful project management, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation
 </li>

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
