We are looking for a future-forward product designer to join our team. This is a senior-level role that spans research, UX, and visual design, with a strong emphasis on designing for AI-first experiences. What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><ul><ul><li>
Lead design projects from research and problem framing through to UX flows, prototypes, and polished experiences</li><li>
Translate complex AI-driven insights into clear, approachable, and trustworthy interfaces.</li><li>
Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover member needs and validate design decisions</li><li>
Create information architectures, workflows, and interaction patterns that balance intuitiveness with technical sophistication</li><li>
Prototype in Figma (high proficiency required), while also leveraging no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, Framer) to explore real interactions</li><li>
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to define opportunities and deliver production-ready solutions</li><li>
Actively use AI in your design workflow (for ideation, prototyping, content generation, and synthesis)</li></ul></ul></div></div><div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h3><ul><ul><li>
Strong track record of collaboration with product management, engineering teams, and cross functional partners, with a team-first mindset and ability to build strong working relationships</li><li>
Proven experience leading design from concept through launch, especially in mobile or consumer-facing products</li><li>
Deep expertise in UX research, product strategy, and interaction design; able to frame ambiguous problems and shape structured solutions</li><li>
Extremely high level of proficiency in design tools and methodologies, including but not limited to Figma, wireframing, workflow diagramming, and prototyping</li><li>
Strong visual/UI design skills that complement UX craft.</li><li>
Familiarity with AI tools and an understanding of the unique design challenges AI brings (trust, explainability, transparency, accessibility)</li><li>
Experience designing for emerging technologies (AI-first products, wearables, AR/VR, or voice) is a strong plus</li><li>
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; able to influence across disciplines</li><li>

Must have native or near-native fluency in Arabic.</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or equivalent.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans to achieve sales targets.</li><li>
Passion for health, fitness, and technology is a plus.</li><li>
