<li>Basic Safety Skills &ndash; Observe safety rules, safely operate equipment, food safety consciousness, CPR, and First Aid.</li>
<li>Excellent Driving Skills &ndash; Possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license and an acceptable driving record. Be able to drive cars with manual and automatic transmission. Parking skills.</li>
<li>Experience - Previous country club experience would be advantageous.</li>
</ul><div><b>Effort:</b></div>
<ul><li>Medium &ndash; Walk and stand for extended periods of time. Bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Level 3 &ndash; Half of the work is performed indoors, half outdoors, half of the work is performed in an air-conditioned environment, variable schedule based on business demands, and some duties require working with hazards.</li>
<li>Objective: To ensure the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of employees, food items, and operational materials while assisting with various Club needs, including dish station protocol, Junior Activities support, and additional tasks as assigned by management.</li>
</ul><div><b>Duties:</b></div>
<ul><li>Transportation of Staff: Safely transport staff to and from different outlets as per the schedule.</li>
<li>Ensure timely arrivals and departures to meet operational needs.</li>
<li>Transportation of Food Items &amp; Supplies:</li>
<li>Deliver food items and supplies to operational outlets, ensuring proper storage and handling during transit.</li>
<li>Maintain temperature control for perishable goods when required.</li>
<li>Setup and Breakdown Assistance:</li>
<li>Transport setup items such as tables, chairs, linens, and decorations for events.</li>
<li>Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed.</li>
<li>Daily Mail &amp; Package Pickup/Delivery:</li>
<li>Collect and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate departments.</li>
<li>Ensure prompt handling of time-sensitive documents.</li>
<li>Assisting the Executive Chef &amp; Executive Sous Chef:</li>
<li>Provide transportation and logistical support for kitchen operations.</li>
<li>Assist with sourcing and picking up special ingredients or equipment as directed.</li>
<li>Dish Staff Assistance (Non-Supervisory Role):</li>
<li>Help dish staff with setting up dish stations, ensuring all necessary equipment is in place.</li>
<li>Oversee and assist in maintaining dish station protocols while ensuring efficiency.</li>
<li>Translation is needed to facilitate communication and ensure proper adherence to procedures.</li>
<li>Transport dish racks, cleaning supplies, and other necessary materials.</li>
<li>Support for Junior Activities &ndash; Food &amp; Beverage Needs:</li>
<li>Transport all necessary food and beverage supplies for Junior Activities.</li>
<li>Work alongside a Food &amp; Beverage employee to ensure proper setup and breakdown of Junior Activities dining needs.</li>
<li>Vehicle Maintenance &amp; Safety Compliance:</li>
<li>Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.</li>
<li>Report any maintenance needs or mechanical issues immediately.</li>
<li>Follow all safety protocols, including seatbelt use and defensive driving techniques.</li>
<li>Emergency &amp; Last-Minute Errands:</li>
<li>Handle urgent trips for supplies, equipment, or staff-related needs.</li>
<li>Be available for unexpected transportation needs during peak operational hours.</li>
<li>Coordination with Management &amp; Staff:</li>
<li>Maintain clear communication with department heads to prioritize transportation tasks.</li>
<li>Adjust schedules based on last-minute changes or urgent requests.</li>
<li>Guest Shuttle Service (If Applicable):</li>
<li>Provide transportation services for guests when required for special events or club activities.</li>
<li>Waste &amp; Recycling Transport (If required):</li>
<li>Assist with transporting waste, compost, and recyclables to designated disposal areas.</li>
<li>Additional Responsibilities Assigned by Management:</li>
<li>Perform any other duties related to this position that management deems necessary to support club operations.</li>
<li>Be flexible and adaptable to assist with special projects, urgent needs, or operational changes.</li>
</ul><div><b>Work Schedule:</b></div>
<ul><li>Standard hours: 8:00 AM &ndash; 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM &ndash; 5:00 PM, mostly 6 days a week.</li>
<li>Additional shifts are available for the Food &amp; Beverage team&rsquo;s support during weddings and large parties.</li>
<li>Schedule may vary based on operational needs.</li></ul></div>

Culinary Driver

<div></div><div><b>Position Summary</b>: The Bartender supports daily beverage service by preparing and serving drinks, assisting guests at the bar, and maintaining clean, organized workstations. This position helps ensure that bar and dining areas are properly stocked and that members and guests receive warm, friendly, and efficient service. The role contributes to the overall flow of the dining experience by supporting beverage preparation and assisting service staff during busy periods.</div>

<li>Takes food and beverage orders and enters them accurately into the POS system.</li>
<li>Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guidelines.</li>
<li>Delivers meals, beverages, and service items in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Sets, clears, and resets the bar dining area according to Club standards.</li>
<li>Restocks bar areas with beverages, garnishes, glassware, and supplies as needed.</li>
<li>Maintains clean, organized bar stations by wiping surfaces, washing tools, and organizing supplies.</li>
<li>Supports servers by preparing drinks for dining room orders in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Assists with routine opening and closing duties assigned by supervisors.</li>
<li>Responds to basic member and guest inquiries, escalating concerns as needed.</li>
<li>Helps ensure accurate posting of items into the POS system.</li>
<li>Monitors bar conditions and reports any issues to supervisors.</li>
<li>Follows all Club safety standards and alcohol service policies.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul></div>
