We offer a comprehensive benefits package and are interested in meeting you!The Ideal Candidate will: <ul><li>Perform with skill, expertise, and a high level of quality and efficiency the setup, repair, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance of customer equipment.</li><li>Communicate with Service Specialist on the diagnosis and status of repairs, parts, and other concerns.</li><li>Accurately troubleshoot and repair all equipment the first time.</li><li>Read, understand, and apply electrical and hydraulic schematics to repair work.</li><li>Remove, repair, and install components in varying configurations of equipment.</li><li>Complete service reports daily that are legible, have proper grammar and sentence structure, and appropriate job codes.</li><li>Transmit photos, timecards, service reports, and other information through email.</li><li>Maintain good customer records on jobs that have been assigned.</li><li>Work with the Parts Department, Product Support Representatives, and Sales Department to meet all the customers&rsquo; needs.</li><li>Promote Wickham Tractor Company to customers.</li><li>Maintain tooling in good working order as per OSHA regulations.</li><li>Maintain service vehicle, shop tooling, and WTC assets.</li></ul>Education &amp; Qualifications: <ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Experience in Agriculture, Farming, Heavy Equipment, or Construction.</li><li>2-5+ years of technician experience.</li><li>2-5+ years of customer service experience.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li><li>Intermediate skills with computer/tablet and engine diagnostic equipment.</li><li>Current technical, mechanical, and product equipment knowledge.</li><li>Basic skills with phone, reading/writing, reasoning, math, organization, and communication.</li><li>Ability to work independently and efficiently.</li><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license and insurability on the company insurance plan are required.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance regularly.
